These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SpekAI, a Chrome extension and related backend services provided by SpekAI ("we", "our", "us"). By installing or using SpekAI, you agree to these Terms.
SpekAI is a Chrome extension that lets you highlight text on any web page and generate structured work tickets using AI. Generated tickets can be pushed to project management tools including Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues, and Notion, or copied to your clipboard.
You must be at least 16 years old to use SpekAI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The free plan includes up to 20 AI-generated tickets per month, clipboard export, last 5 ticket history, and community support. No credit card is required.
The Pro plan ($12/month) provides 50 tickets per day with enhanced AI, direct integrations with Jira, Linear, GitHub, and Notion, custom templates, unlimited ticket history, and email support. Billed monthly through Stripe.
The Team plan ($8/user/month, minimum 5 users) provides unlimited tickets with enhanced AI, all integrations including GitHub Issues, custom and shared templates, unlimited team ticket history, and priority support with Slack access.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. Active subscriptions will not be affected by price changes until the next billing cycle.
Pro plan payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Tickets generated by SpekAI are produced by the Anthropic Claude AI model based on the text you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated tickets.
You retain ownership of the text you input and the tickets generated from it. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content or the generated output.
SpekAI connects to third-party services (Jira, Linear, GitHub, Notion) using credentials you provide. These connections are made directly from your browser. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of each service.
Your use of SpekAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Third-party integration credentials are stored locally in your browser and are never transmitted to SpekAI servers.
SpekAI, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is the property of SpekAI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand assets.
We aim to keep SpekAI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of significant changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpekAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SpekAI, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to SpekAI shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpekAI and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may stop using SpekAI at any time by uninstalling the extension and canceling any active subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or to our service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the extension or by email. Your continued use of SpekAI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SpekAI will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal proceedings.
